For FLORI Immobilien, we were commissioned to visualize the transformation of a supermarket site in Munich into a modern single-family home.

The starting point consisted of iPhone photographs documenting the property in its existing condition. Based on these images, the task was to replace the current structure with a new architectural concept while preserving the original perspective and location context.

We developed a photoreal representation of the future building, including the surrounding garden and outdoor areas. The house was integrated seamlessly into the site, with accurate proportions, materials and lighting aligned to real-world conditions.

The result is a clear and realistic depiction of the property’s potential, supporting the sale of the land by making its future use tangible and easy to understand.
